Bank of America should be renamed bank of a$$holes.

They say their services are for customers only, but the truth is that their service is for investors only meaning you have an account there and there for are making them money.

Great you may get great customer service, but write a check to you daughter, mother, employee, a client, who ever, know that when they go to cash it your bank will treat them like dirt if they don’t have an account.

Starting with whom ever you write a check to  whether they are elderly and frail or wheel chair bond or have a minivan full of toddlers, they have to get out of their car in any weather and go into the bank with their cane or wheelchair or flock of bouncy toddlers, just to cash the check

That’s right the drive through is off limits to the person you are transacting with.

Second off, Bank of America does currency exchange but only if you are a customer, because apparently if you’re vacationing here you need to open an account. so god for bid your aunt Ida fly in from France and finds her self in a town with one bank  in need of a cab and no American cash on hand, although bank of America has the capability and policy of exchanging funds screw your aunt because they don’t care.

If you stumbled in off the street on fire and don’t hold an account at bank of America don’t even expect the bank manager to go so low as to even pee on you to put out the flames, because unless you hold an account at bank of America you just don’t matter.
