Worst customer service I've ever experienced.  Dishonest business practices, false advertising, rude associates, awful and inconsistent call quality...

And all of this after just one week of service.... although it did take another two weeks to try to close my account (they wouldn't let me... looonnng story) before I just cancelled the card I signed up with and switched to another company.

Please read my review. They will not let you cancel. !st they offer free 30 days, then reduction in monthly rate and go on and on. In the end there is no confirmation # for cancellation. " IT WILL ONLY BE E-MAILED TO YOU" !! I was fool enough to accept the 30 days free and they still charged my card !!!!
