Eventhough they've had zillions of lineup changes, they still belong. Many other bands are in that had as many or more lineup changes than Deep Purple.(Like the Eagles? Henley and Fry are a couple of pompous Hypocrites)
Deep Purple are the godfathers of Heavy Metal in my opinion.
