Jimmy John's will give you mustard packets if you order a slim sandwich, but they will not put the mustard on the sandwich for you. If you want them to put the mustard on your slim, you will have to pay at least an extra dollar to get it, even if you do not want the onions, lettuce, tomatoes, etc. When I go into Jimmy John's, I expect for them to make my sandwich for me. When I have to get into my car and complete my sandwich by putting mustard on it, I get very upset. Go ahead and try it...Go to a Jimmy John's and order a Slim 5, no capocola, and ask for mustard on it. See what happens. They'll tell you no. I complained to their corporate office and they gave me some lame excuse about why they can't put mustard on their Slim sandwiches, yet they can give me packets of it for free. Their food is good but their management SUCKS!!!
