This is December and I've been charged 1/3 of my salary for the month in charges from SunTrust Bank. I take responsibility for overdrawing my account but there is no possible way to catch up when you are facing such excessive charges. I will be closing my account today and I can tell you, their stock will drop immediately because I feel I've been carrying them for a long time now in the charges I've paid.
Burke and Herbert Bank is the bank for me. They treat customers as customers with value and respect and take the time to call you if you have a problem. You are not JUST a number to them.
