Shaw Cable 1

Internet cable service by Shaw sucks, the speed they charge me for is 4.5 Mbps, yet many time I don't get more that 250 kbps. This is misrepresentation of their service, I am tired of calling Shaw to reset and reboot modem, spending over 1 hour on the phone everytime I call for help.

Hi, you need to get a service call to check your signal levels to your modem. Please ensure there is no cheap $1 splitters or monster splitters, as they both kill our signal. GET A SERVICE CALL TO CHECK SIGNAL LEVELS AT MODEM. levels are everyhting. The more splitters between the main line and the modem the slower your connection. If you live in the Edmonton area I can check it for you.
