Charnedra, you are so smart to get away from there. I worked in the Texas area. The Store Manager is a complete Idoit and Dumb or should I say "Retard". The asm's do not know their ass from their faces. Are mean and vicious tarts. Dillards fires the good , educated and caring asm's to hire the young trash'es women . We all know "Why". They where the lowest cut shirts and blouses and strut around shaking their asses. The store manager is so ignorant and bullish you would think she was just from the hills of no where land. As of now all the good people have left and the slime balls are left. Prayers, for the poor associates.

Yeah well try working at the Ogden store.. I know of no place that could be worse than that. The store manager is beyond ridiculously mean, and pretensious, and treats every store associate as if they were beneath contempt. The ASM's were not much better, but only because they were only his awful rule. What a joke. I am glad I have escaped that mental institution before I went insane!!
