In defense of dial-up ISPs, they are still a fairly diversified bunch, while the only high-speed options seem to consist of corporations like Comcast. The more you have to deal with corporations like Comcast on a daily basis, the more you realize that they are bad for us. So props to dial-up users like James: they have more integrity than I do.
