Friedman's 1

I worked for years for Friedman's and always ran a very organized, always increasing in sales and most profitable store in the district. I was terminated because my District Manager was intiminated that I knew more about the business than he did. His name is Don Holley and he is very unethical. He on a couple of occassions sent out every employees pay to everyone in his district "by Mistake". Friedman's home office refused to take action. He has been reguraly accused of abusive behavior and trys to intimidate female employees. He is a slob and dresses like an unemployed used car salesman. He is so unprofessional he actually had his managers write their own reviews and submit them as his own. He reguraly asks for suggestions so he can submitt them to his boss for recognition. He has on many occassions been in direct violation of HIPPA and of course home office lets it go.

I bought 1/2 diamond stud earring from friedmanss for my husband, but he wanted something else instead. Returned it only to find that the store was going out of business. When i bought it two weeks ago, there was no mention of the store going out of business. I still had my receipt which said you can get a refund in 30 days satisfaction guaranteed. Well the associate said they wouldn't be able to give me a refund, but they would send my info to the head quarters and they'll send me a refund check. I'm worried b/c when I asked the rep for the headquarters address or telephone number, he said he didn't have that info and everyone was laid off. It' been 6 days now and I'm trying patiently to wait. Are you familar with their refund policy, because I can't let $647 go down the drain.
