I am 20 and I have been on accutance for 4 month now. I had severe acne from lower back to upper, chest, arms, face, behind ears and neck. it has done amazing but what worries me that they keep increasing my dose and i had only blood test done for the first two month at low dose. also my acne still shows up at the same rate, but goes away faster before it starts spreading around. Acne scars are still there and i have 3 more month left. side effect are dry lips and throat and nose bleeds. overall i am happy now, but i am sure that my acne will come back once i finish my treatment.
