My mom's dog (a mix of a terrier & chinese chen) was skin & bones when she adopted him. She was feeding him a good quality brand from the pet store & the vet said that he wasn't underweight -that's just how his body is. After the food recall, she found Candidae. I went to visit her after a couple of weeks & saw such a difference in his coat & hair. It's like his skin had gotten thicker & hair shinier. Unbelievable!! I'm going to start feeding it to my Jack Russell. People have NO IDEA what is in the typical dog food. It's like poison.
