Feline Pine Cat Litter by Nature's Earth Products

I like the smell and the fact their is no harmful dust, but my two adult cats are taking their time getting used to it. They have used it for urinating, but, to put it delicately, "number two" is carefully done on the floor in front of the litter box. Has anyone else had this problem?
