you know what i would really like to understand these idiots who make these pathetic commercials abit better why only single out smoking? and tobacco companies let me tell something if tobacco didn't exit this country our way of life our independence in general would not exist lets be honest tobacco helped to build this country im tired of morons voting away our rights as citizens of this country and the propaganda machines like TRUTH im sorry but people have died to protect these simple rights why not target the F.D.A. for allowing the marketing a sales of drugs food additives etc. that are far more addictive and far more destructive than tobacco could ever possibly be there are thousand of prescription and over the counter drugs passed bye the fda that are proven to cause cancer lets talk about the pharmaceutical companies that give private grants to hospitals around the world to in exchange for
prescribing their products that are incredibly addictive that once
a patient starts them they can never get off of them because it may endanger their very lives! if that weren't bad enough lets make them
insanely expensive on top of it lets talk the existence of drugs that
are used for conditions like colitis that destroy the liver and cause cancer in 2-5 years of staring the medication and strangely enough

but i guess that all this comes down to is the over conservative douche bags ignorant to the reals issues at hand content to going around imposing their wills on everyone take new york for example smoking is banned indoors every where EVEN in your own home or apartment they say
that secondhand is harmful well other than odor tobacco smoke is filtered out by a home or an apartment building ventilation system in places as populated or as busy as new york city you have a greater chance of contracting a respiratory disease by leaving your freaking window open than having a neighbor who smokes i mean come on look at all the fuel emissions your inhaling not to mention they have exhaust tubes
in place to keep sewage smells and gases like methane off of street
level besides all that who the hell are you to tell me that i cant smoke in my own home! pull your heads out if the tobacco companies were smart they would only have to pull their products out of these areas and the local governments would come crawling back on their hands and knees (bj's included) beg them to sell in there area again come on people think about all tax revenue generated by the sales we would be a third world nation if tobacco were to vanish from the country
say what you want but when comes right down to it majority of the things we consume cause some health problem or another and its unfair to single out one thing simply because some people don't like it cause of the smell or whatever come on whats next ads about heart disease and fried chicken? and besides these actors in these ads aren't doing this out of the goodness of their heart their getting paid for it in fact i know a girl whom appeared in a couple of their ads and guess what she smokes and she also said that at least a dozen people on the production crew also smoke damn hypocrites.

to make a long story short get over it and grow up people. if you dont like whats going on at some place go some where else no one has the right to tell people what they can and cant do to their body's and patronize or persecute them for it is pathetic and childish
