Bought the on-site service plan when I bought my 37" flat-panel TV. What they didn't tell me then was that 1) you'll get a REFURBISHED replacement if it can't be fixed, and 2) they may not anyone in your area to perform the repair (which is my case). My TV "died" a month ago and I still haven't received the replacement. The lame excuse for the insurance carrier was that they'd called and left a message to verify my ship-to address. So now I have to wait until 3 t 5 business days.
