That is absurd on so many levels. First, you expect us to believe that people eating cockroaches is the fault of liberals (or liberalism), and that al-Qaida gives a crap about reality TV or any other type of television in this country. Getting off on seeing people getting hurt emotionally and physically IS the symptom of a larger problem that has nothing to do with liberals OR conservatives. Second, you're accepting societal criticism from radical fundamentalist Muslims who attacked us on 9/11? The day we decide what we should and shouldn't be doing from TERRORISTS is the day this country truly becomes morally bankrupt. Since when did these radical terrorists have a right to tell us how to run our society? 9/11 isn't the fault of some BS-y cultural problem; al-Qaida could likely care less about our society. We were attacked on 9/11 because nineteen radicals, thinking they were acting for god, crashed airlines into the WTC. Using such a tragedy to once again blame liberalism (and, by extension, liberals) for Everything I Don't Like is contemptible.

I don't expect Liberals to admit our country's moral decline is the "fault of Liberals" These Conservative Eastern cultures see western societies through the glasses of the media. My post stated nothing about radical terrorists telling us how to run our society, it addressed a type of democratizing some see we're imposing ON THEM, which most find repulsive. Your reactionary comment failed to address the complexities and animosities over cultural differences. Word of advice... put down the beer bong and hit the books.

You seem to be the one who's large on ideas, but when those ideas are challenged in any way, you fail to present valid counterarguments. You said "the reason radical Muslims hate liberals more than anyone else" because of a so-called "decadent culture" that liberals have supposedly espoused. You seem to think that radical Muslims have something valid to say about the so-called "decadence" of our culture. I disagree. You may have a point about forcing democracy on them - something that many liberals have been stating since the start of the Iraq war. Stating that case, however, as a diatribe against the so-called "The Left" does very little to help your case.
