I agree.....what did you do about it? Did you contact the BBB or Transportation Authority in your state to file a complaint on line....that's what has to be done.

I filed a complaint with the BBB , but I dont think anything came from it . I could not get Starving Student movers to ever call me back ! or the salesman who booked my order to except my calls. I called everyday for about two weeks and never did anyone ever call me back nor send me to someone that was available to help.. This place really is the worst moving companyEVER , I am still an amazment that someone could actually get away with running a business like this ...
