Hey, I am not sure if you were referring to the Acne Free in 3 days book or the Acne Free (generic brand of Proactive). The book is more than likely a joke, honestly, being that the author has little or no medical background. The Acne Free kit can be found at Walmart for as low as $18.00. The severe Acne Free kit ranges from $25 to $30. There is no immediate way to completely fix acne in three days. If your acne is more severe than what over the counter creams can respond to you could go to your general practitioner at your doctors office and request to be put on doxycycline 100 mg for about 3 months. A lot of people use this as their starting point and most have great success with this at least for a few years. Most insurance companies cover it and it's ridiculously cheap-- even inexpensive without good or no insurance. Good luck!
