At what point does Key Bank's raiding of my checking account become robbery? "Hello, officer, I'd like to report a bank robbery in progress. No, nobody is holding up a bank, the bank is stealing from my account." My account is nearly empty because of their regularly dipping their hands into my personal financial cookie jar. Guess what, folks? There ain't gonna be no more cookies put into that cookie jar!! We have three recourses, folks: one is a complaint to the FDIC; the other is an email to our senators and congresspeople asking for legislation to enact some sort of regulation on bank fees. What's happening should be illegal, it certainly is unethical. Third recourse: Anybody know a good attorney who would like to take on a class-action lawsuit? Count me in!! Key Bank has much deeper pockets than I do!
