Add "Agree" and "Disagree" buttons

"Agree"/"Disagree" buttons to provide a legitimate mechanism to express agreement or disagreement with a review, so that Helpful/Not Helpful are not misused so much.

I would like to see the disagree button. There are times when people say something funny and I automatically click on funny. It doesn't mean I disagree with them ~ just that they crack me up (in a good way). If I don't agree with someone, I don't rate their answer because I am unsure of what to click on.
