Kansas has a pretty clear road to the Elite Eight and a very good shot at the Final Four. I'll predict they fall just short of winning the Midwest bracket though. Vandy and Clemson are the two biggest names they could face in the Sweet 16, and neither of those teams has the all around game to trouble Kansas. I think Wisconsin and Georgetown, two potential Elite Eight matchups are very good defensively, and might be good enough to beat KU in a low scoring, tight game. The Jayhawks are definitely a team to watch out for.
