They actually did a little better last year than anybody expected- mind you, they weren't good but hardly what is generally regarded to be the worst ML team ever- the 1899 Cleveland Spiders, who went 20-134. A few quality players such as Zimmerman but not a lot of depth and aside from their closer Chad Cordero a faceless and utterly undistinguished pitching staff. There's some help on the way in the minors and a couple of youngsters who may turn out to be good players, but they'll probably fight it out with the Marlins for worst team in the NL East...
