Mortal Kombat (Acclaim/Midway)

The first couple Mortal Kombat games were great. But the more recent editions have tried to complicate the games too much. Mortal Kombat was great when it was basically a two person button masher. But I don't think it has translated that well to story lines and complicated combos.
