I am feeding my Greyhound Canidae as part of a rotation. I realize that not one food is perfect for all dogs, and feeding one food all the time is not optimal, and I do not buy into the "All life stages" advertising. I do feel however, that this is a great food for my dog. After doing a lot of research on dog foods, I found that what I had previously been feeding him was not necessarily what was best for him. I went through eight months of diarrhea when I first got him as a rescue. I have finally found a food that doesn't cause diarrhea, the transition was great and his coat and his stool are great! (or greyt as they say in grehound land). I was going to try Wellness, but found that is was unreasonably priced in my area. Canidae for it's nutritional content is an excellent value. I am going to stick with this and rotate it with By Nature, put out by Blue Seal. He had great results with that food, is reasonably priced and has good ingredients. I must say that the pork and sweet potatoe version while he loved it did give him gas.... and a Greyhound fart can clear a room! I have already recommended this food to others as part of their dog's diet.
