It seems to me everyone so far as expressed my feelings.
1) Hidden Fee's -Checked my account balance at a Wells Fargo ATM, I decided to print out the balance. $2 fee.
2) Confusion - Had no idea this was going to be a fee. Just looked at my account few weeks later, here was this $2 fee, I had no idea where it came from or what it was. Customer Service was No help, and was rude.
3) Confusion - I do get e-mail alerts about New Legal Notices, changes to my account. But that is all the e-mail says. It takes me 30 minutes looking through the Wells Fargo website just to find the Legal Notice Document. And what did they change. In Big Red Letters, "We are Getting Ride of Fee's". What a fat lie.
Yes, they got ride of a few fee's in my Checking Account. But then they doubled remaining fee's and added a few more. But that was in small black letters.
4) Lack of customer Service - I've only called customer service 2-3 times, but from those customer service calls, my problems were never fixed, answered, or solved. Terrible customer service.
Unfortunately this website makes me give Wells Fargo a one. I would like to Rate them a negative 5.
FYI: I have been a customer since 1993. as of 2008, through many problems over the years with wells fargo. Good Bye.
