New York Tailors 1

I have been using New York Tailor for years to hem my pants - at 5'6" I have to hem almost all my pants. Last weekend I brought in an expensive, brand new pair of pants to have them hemmed. Today, when I went to pick up my pants, as the woman was hanging them up, I noticed large stains on the bottoms of both legs. She called her husband, the manager. All he could say, over an over, was that there was NO WAY this happened in his store. I assured him that when I brought the pants in they were not like that. He even agreed that if they were like that when I came in I would have noticed it. Yet, he assured me there was NO WAY that could have happened in his store. He wasn't even willing to help with trying to dry clean them or with some type of reimbursement. So now I'm stuck with expensive, ruined pants. THERE ARE THOUSANDS OF TAILORS IN ATLANTA - USE SOMEONE ELSE!
