I think the shopping experience for the customer coming to Dillard's is very favorable. It's only if you work there that the problems begin. The SPH is not fair, especially in these economic times, and it causes a lot of problems between assocites fighting for that sale. All the talk that I hear is negative amongst associates and the fear of either not having a job to go to the next day or getting their pay cut is a direct result of having to make their quota. As any of you know that have worked for Dillard's for some time now, the "new recruits" have no idea of what is in store for them. I have worked retail for years and I have never in my life seen such behavior and intolerance from employees. It's time Dillard's changed!!
