CanadaSucks

. . .more than his alleged followers who feel the need to profess false interpretations of translated texts into a nation that has no god in a constitution and take almost every logical and scientific inquiry as an 'attack' on faith. . .yeshua sure had thicker skin and better philosophy that his phantom apologists and fraudulent followers. . .

Christianity is a belief, a way of life!!! Buddhism, Hinduism, the Muslim faith (to name but a few.) they have all invoked their beliefs in this world!! They have all been a product of todays life! Christianity has brought allot of good and has given people a much better life, just the same as other beliefs have given freedom to others. The bad derives from people going away from the original standards! Just cause I believe and you don't, doesnt mean that I'm right or your wrong. I believe what I believe because to me Christianity is right and the only answer to my questions. I have a degree in religious studies and have taught it and I would have to say that I never pushed my beliefs. At the end of my teaching I have always said to my students. NEVER look at what people have done to your belief. Look at your belief and see how it affects you!!! If you don't believe in Christianity fine But it's not the B and end of all problems. Infact I feel that Christianity has made things better. Now people that misuse scripture for their own gains has destroyed the way Christianity looks!

"How does christianity infringe others?" Wow. . .travel to any other nations? Read history? Know the difference between the practice of faith and the need to impose it on others? Don't know quite where to begin with someone who (honestly) believes that faith (which is 'belief without proof') is both (1) worthwhile, (2) not a danger, and (3) hasn't had a negative impact on history. Let's have a little taste for today- slavery (the main reason for America's quick economic growth) was alibied through a theological/christian rationale. . .that's a kibble in the dog-food bowl.

Most of the forefathers that put the constitution together were Bible believers and so if you re-read the constitution you would realize that. You talk about the rights of people and say that you are trying to protect people so that they know the truth. Considering Christianity is a way of life that you personally choose, how does Christianity infringe others? Your beef is really against anyone who believes in a God, not people that are infringed. Please don't flower words with your personal preference in disbelieve in a God!!! I have no problem with you or your rights or your beliefs; just in the way you show your dislike for others that do believe!

I protect others' beliefs. . .but they don't make for law (you remember the Constitution, right? One of the few in the modern world that doesn't mention a god? You can read, right?) I protect the rights of others- and attack those whose laws would infringe others. That's called America. . .get a grip.

It's great to see you back on track with your hate for God or his followers!!! It's just a shame you don't have a tolerance for other peoples beliefs!! If you don't like either the topic or comments, why bother putting yourself out there. You can read and not comment you know!!!!!
