It is NOT ilegal to own an all black airsoft guns in Canada, nor is it illegal to buy and sell them. There are only two rules regarding arisoft in Canada. 1) no sales to anyone under sixteen 2) under sixteens must be monitored by an dult when handling an airgun. The City of Toronto has much the same law as the City of New York regarding anything not a gun that looks like a gun including water pistols. They are banned in Toronto and that is the only place in Canada such a law exists. The only people legally allowed to import all black Airsoft into Canada are retailers who obtain a firearms importing licence. Anyone, once the guns are in the country, may legally buy, sell, own and possess even the most detailed of Airsoft guns. Exact replica or otherwise. Get your facts straight and don't try to import clearsoft or anything else into Canada, illegal or not Customs will sieze it and keep it.
