Personally, I've been worshipping at the Church of Baseball since I was about six years old, and I've found it very rewarding. I started with the doctrine of Saint Mickey, but later change my adherance to the Chapel of Fenway, and the tribulations of the martyred Carmine Hose.
In this Church have learned about good and evil, rebirth and death, growth, redemption, and salvation. It has truths, both absolute and revealed, and it's ceremonies and rituals comfort and strengthen me.
It has many tomes of wisdom and I have spent many days of weary toil in studying them for greater understanding of the Church.
And though there are many factions, and many ways of coming to the truth, in the Church of Baseball we are all brothers and sisters united in the joy of our worship.
