Flickr tracks your IP address. Any indiscretion, whether intentional or accidental results in being deleted without warning. Once you've been deleted once, forget it! Every new account you create will get deleted within days because they have your IP!

This is more bizarre coz some people show some extreme nudity in public sections that your kids could easily find yet they don't get checked or deleted until somebody complains!
