Citizens bank deserves no stars. They have frozen my two business acounts, and two personal accounts with not so much as a letter or phone call. These accounts are in no way related, one is personal and the others corporate. The only answer I can get is that "your accounts are frozen", a fact that I am painfully aware of.
They have $6000 of mine and have held me, my family and employees hostage with out one word of explaination. I do not owe them any money so I do not understand how they can legally keep me from my cash. I will close my accounts, but at the moment the won't do anything.
