I used the derma clense system for four months and my acne is worse now than it has ever been. I will say that zenemd has an excellent marketing system because I was convinced that this product would actually work. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of using their product, I began to break out in places that I never had break out before. My pores are extrmely clogged, and I look a mess. I had to end up going to the dermatologist out of desperation. I called zenmed several times to see if my reaction was normal, but they kept telling me to give it time. Their customer service is poor, and it took them over a month to send the product. After the second order, I found out that the quantity of product was much less for the same price. To all acne sufferers, I know your pain. I am right there with you, but don't waste your money on this product.
