Some people use it like this, I suppose, but I can't support such a thing since I highly value REAL HUMOR instead of ridiculous reviews that get marked funny only because we no longer have the unhelpful button.
UPDATE: I dunno, misuse thought it may be, those kind of funnies are all too often an affirmation of how foolish a person already looks. I'm not so sure about the aim to intimidate people since this is just the internet and only some really weird people get intimidated online, but the claims of insult seem on the money and often the insults are... *ponders* on a more solid foundation than some would admit...
