This definitely shows a lack of class, but it seems to happens a lot around here. I'm not hit with this variety of funny votes as much as several other members are, but it's quite obvious that if I get a funny vote when I'm speaking against abortion, or explaining my religious beliefs, that it's just the old unhelpful trolls finding a new method to express themselves without bothering to speak up. So if I'm writing a review that I know will be seen as controversial (even though I think these reviews contain more common sense than my average review), I expect a few funny votes. It's the people who disagree with me on these topics who I want to read these reviews the most, so at least I know they read them.
