Keybank has been extremely poor regarding their overdraft fees. When this was pointed out to them, they said their fees are similar to Wells Fargo. What ... they think Wells Fargo is a shining example? Anyway, went in and paid cash to clear overdraft fees and make sure account was completely brought up to date. That night, they applied the overdraft fees for the items that had been below balance that day! So now we're negative again, without spending another penny! Spoke to branch manager. We fixed this. Happened again the next day, because the account was "negative" for the day (and another charge came in) that then spawned another overdraft fee! You can't keep up with their overdraft fees! Then I was charged a fee for not bringing my account balance up ... when I had personally gone in to make sure we paid the right amount of cash. Yep. Charged a fee on my overdraft fee negative balance! I've had enough!!!!
