Sundizno's comment is one of my favorites. Surpassed only by, "the guy is so incompetent he couldn't find his own butt with two hands . . .and a flashlight. " Somewhere, at a very high level at Tesco, someone said, "no, go ahead, I think it's a good idea, put it on there. " People who make decisions like this are generally not the base-stealing contingent of our society.
