DIRECTTVSUCKS2

I have had DirecTV for 1 year and have had nothing but problems. Poor reception from day one-voice sych problems. Mouth moves but voice is off. All of the CS rep are misinformed. They all have different answers. No consistency. Automatic 2 year contract and each time you change equipment they up your 2 year lease agreement for leasing the equipment. Can never speak to a supervisor only a service specialist. Calls take an hour or more if you have any problem- they transfer the call-put your call in a que or hang up on you. You have to explain your problem again.The HD picture is not as clear as Dish Network. * * * * * * * * * DO NOT SIGN UP WITH DIRECTV. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Directv does not deserve even ONE STAR * * * * Terrible. Worst company ever!!!!!!!!

04/23/2008		numbah to the rescue. Your reciever should be changed out since its having an internal problem in either its video or audio processing that causes the synch problem. The HD picture is, however, easily as good as Dish, perhaps better. I install both systems so you can trust my words here. I would hardly give them a one even though their customer service guys are kinda wooden, but they do have more HD feeds than anyone. If the picture is not good it is likely the prodution of the program not being up to snuff rather than Directv having an issue.The big problem with HD content is that the producers of programming are not keeping up with the capabillities of the distribution systems like Directv and Dish.
