Home is an autobiography by Julie Andrews. this book describes her early years from birth to about 28. She talks about her childhood. finding she has this unusual voice that is beyond her years and puts her on stage as a young girl. a pretty good autobiography. she writes about her experience with being in England during world war 2. and being on stage and the radio as a girl. her sometimes difficult childhood. her movie to New York to appear in plays such as the Boyfriend and MY Fair Lady.nicely written honest about her life. a very classy lady and a good read if you are a fan of Julie Andrews{I am} she ends the book when she is flying out the film Mary Poppins, the one thing disappointing is I wish she has given us some more years i would have liked reading about her movie experiences. but then maybe this is an open for a second book, and one I would read.
