Baseball's Astros are still looking for their first championship since their birth in 1962; they're batting 0-for-9 in the post-season.
They have 4 championship seasons (2 by the Rockets and the Oilers won the first two titles in the pre-merger AFL) but not much else. The Astros are particularly snake bit, frequently being a "just miss" team or choking out in the playoffs.
