I had my Mirena iud put in exactly one week ago. During the insertion the only pain i felt was cramping. It wasnt that bad. Afterwards i felt pretty faint, but laying down for a few minutes helped. But ever since i've had the iud i've had a pretty good flow. Its annoying. Im waiting to see when it stops. I've had mild cramps since it was put in as well. Intercourse was normal it didnt hurt, and the mirena was okay in there :)
