Two Small Men with Big Hearts 1

Booked this company for a move from London, Ontario to Winnipeg, MB. They picked up our stuff (2,500 lbs) over a month ago. It was supposed to be here 7 days ago. Left messages with several offices, sent numerous emails. Secretary in Toronto (Tiffany) very rude, hung up on my several times. This is outfit is very crooked, DO NOT USE. They also billed me for an extra $750 on my Credit card, and they lied and said it was a mistake. I'm very scared I may not even see my stuff. STAY CLEAR!! SERIOUS. Check the Better Business Bureau, these guys hav e hundreds of OPEN (unsolved) comlaints against them. Losers.

Rosario from the Winnipeg office is a prick also.

Contact your credit card company immediately and get them to reverse the charges pending investigation. The fine print on the moving contract should say C.O.D. - it's either on the back or on the right side of the contract.

If I do that, they may intentionally damage or steal my stuff. (See other peoples stories).

I appreciate you can't do much against them until you have your stuff. Keep records of all communication, documentation, dates, times, and topics of your conversations with them. Perhaps you can contact your credit card company or the police after they deliver. If you can show that they charged over the original approved amount, you should have a good case. They need to demonstrate that you approved that amount. You may still want to let your Credit Card company know that there is a suspicious over-charge on your statement from this vendor that you are investigating. I am sure the Credit Card company has a huge case-book on these crooks already. Check the fine print of you moving contract again too and look for something that may give you an edge. Good luck with your move and closing the book on this ordeal.
