Nillon24, DLH WON!!! Get over it!! DLH outboxed and outjabbed Mosley easily through almost the entire fight. When he gets tired, he gets tagged but this whole crap that Mosley landed the harder shots..my ass, with that rationale you are saying that a boxer can connect hard for two rounds and he's got the fight won if he pitty-pats for the remaining ten. Mosley didn't connect enough hard shots to win a decision. If they were that hard DLH would've been knocked down or out. Mosley was outboxed, just like he was outboxed and beat again by Wright and Cotto.

DLh certainly connected more. I'll give you that, but Mosley's shots did more damage. Oscar's shots were quick and looked prettier than Shane's, but they were not hurting Shane at all. Shane WAS hurting Oscar and thats why Shane won. Just because DLH didn't get knocked down dosen't mean he wasn't hurt at all. Why do you think DLH stopped jabbing midway through the fight? (I had Oscar winning three quarters of the way through the fight by the way) Because Mosley's rights to the body under Oscars left jabs were hurting Oscar. If Fighter A gets out-boxed for most of the round but isn't hurt at all, then stuns Fighter B with a good shot or two late in the round... guess what? Fighter A wins the round. Thats how you win a PROFESSIONAL fight. You have to hurt the other guy more than he hurts you on a round-by-round basis. DLH was stunned twice in the fight that we could see. (9th and 12 rounds) At the end, Oscar LOOKED like he had been in a fight, while Shane looked the same as he did BEFORE the fight. He looked like he could have gone another 8-10 rounds. Another thing, the HBO broadcasting team absolutely embarassed themselves that night with their Oscar cheerleading. I was amazed that ol' Lamps was able to even call the fight with Oscar's balls jammed so far into his mouth.
