A late bloomer who didn't really get going until he was about 30, Williams was the first man to hit 30 homers and steal 30 bases in a season. A mediocre to bad fielder, but one of the first post Ruth power hitters and a player you'd probably pick pretty early had there been fantasy teams in the 20's. Had other years where he was up there in homers, RBI's, and steals. Hit .319 lifetime, which is attributable in large part to playing in a hitter's haven, but a good and interesting player, relatively unique for the period, who is probably still the all-time left fielder on a combined Browns/ Orioles team
