Fraudulent charges made to our credit card were mishandled by RBS (Citizens Bank) to an extent I have never experienced in my 66 years career. The fraudulent charges were either entered by RBS not checking the origin or it was simply entered by RBS itself by mistake they could not catch. The card which was used has never once been used on the Internet for any purchase; therefore the lack of security came from RBS itself by simply allowing any card number to be used in the transaction, which happened to be ours. We immediately cancelled our account and we advice everyone in the entire world to do the same. This bank has no security measures at all and its credit card division should be closed down.
