I own a 2002 Sienna and have a problem with the brakes squealing. Taking it to dealership and they say its brake dust. Works for 15 min. Took it to another Toyota Mechanic and he said rotors needed to be turned because of thumping noise associated with squealing noise. No effect. Anyone have a clue what is causing my squealing noise? The problem has been there almost the entire life of the van.
