Wells Fargo is one of those lenders you should avoid at all costs. They prey on borrowers. The access late charges and then late charges on late charges. I would avoid them at all costs...find another lender.
If an appliance store promises no payments for a year and the lender who provides this is WELLS FARGO refuse the offer...you will be glad you did. You will avoid poor service and high fees.
