Notorious for his anti-Christian stance on the website, which he has (as far as I can tell) heavily encouraged by being as outrageous as possible, so in being top of this list, he's doing exactly what he achieved. Although most of his antics were quite light-hearted, I felt the avatar was in poor taste.
