Add ability to log the last review before loging off

If the numerical value is added to each review, a feature that allows users to log the last review number before shutting the computer off for the night will make it easier to follow the treads by starting the reading from the next number.

I'm reading this as "easily be able to read new reviews posted since the last use of the site". This is actually a pretty good suggestion.
