They're the kind of people you want to know, but don't want to be. They're fun to hang out with from time to time, because they know all the bars and all of the specials. But while they know everything about the bar scene, they can't be bothered to learn anything in class. As long as they're getting C's in their classes, they are perfectly happy. And if they fail a class, no big deal, they'll just take it again next year.
