The Kansas City Chiefs began play in the AFL in 1960. The team won an AFL Championship in the early sixties and is 1-1 in Super Bowls, losing in Super Bowl I to the Green Bay Packers (1966) and beating the Minnesota Vikings in Super Bowl IV (1969). An AFC West team, the Chiefs play their home games at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, MO. Chiefs in the Pro Football Hall of Fame include Lamar Hunt, Willie Lanier, Len Dawson, and Jan Stenerud.
